Last updated: August 13, 2026

These Terms are provided in the language of this page for clarity. The English version remains the reference version if wording differs.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Aripsy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to visitors, registered users, and subscribers. We may update them, and continued use after changes means acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Aripsy is an AI-powered educational platform that generates study notes, flashcards, MCQs, exam questions, fill-in-the-blank practice, exports, and tutor-style follow-up from study material.

  • AI outputs may contain mistakes
  • Users should verify important facts against authoritative sources
  • Aripsy supports learning and revision, not dishonest academic work

3. Accounts

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your account secure
  • You must be at least 13 years old
  • Users under 18 should have parental consent
  • You may delete your account in Settings where available

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use Aripsy to violate law, infringe rights, upload harmful code, gain unauthorized access, harass others, distribute spam, impersonate others, overload the service, reverse engineer the service, or use it for unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Aripsy a limited license to process, display, and generate study materials from that content only to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the rights to submit your content and for ensuring it complies with law and these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated study materials are provided for educational assistance only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your exact course or exam. You are responsible for checking and using outputs appropriately.

7. Intellectual Property

The service, design, features, content, technology, Aripsy name, and logo are owned by Aripsy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service without written permission. Feedback may be used without compensation.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Aripsy offers Free and paid plans. Free accounts have usage limits; paid plans provide higher limits and additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

You may cancel at any time. Pro access continues until the end of the billing period unless Paddle or applicable law requires otherwise. Refund eligibility is handled through Paddle and applicable consumer law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aripsy is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months or $100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow some limitations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aripsy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or user content.

11. Disputes and applicable law

Before filing a claim, please try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@aripsy.com.

Applicable law and the forum for a dispute depend on the legal requirements that apply to the parties and the service. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Service Changes, Severability, and Contact

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Aripsy regarding the service. For questions, contact support@aripsy.com.
