Aripsy is an AI-powered study platform available at aripsy.com. This policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use the website and related services.
This policy is provided to explain those practices and your choices. If you have questions, contact support@aripsy.com.
We may collect account details, authentication information handled by Supabase, study preferences, usage data, device information, approximate location, cookies, support messages, and billing records handled by Paddle.
Aripsy sends submitted study content to third-party AI providers only as needed to generate study materials. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not needed for studying.
Aripsy does not train its own AI models on users' personal study content. Provider-side handling depends on the API service and contract in use.
We do not sell personal information. We share information with trusted providers, when required by law, to protect rights and security, in business transfers, or with your consent.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of non-essential analytics consent. You can also delete your account from Settings where available.
Plan limits control how long saved sessions are shown in the product: up to 6 months for Guest and Free users and up to 1 year for Pro users. These availability periods do not state when backend or backup copies are deleted. Free share links expire after up to 7 days and Pro share links after up to 30 days. Account, support, billing, backup, security, and legal records may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, compliance, or dispute handling.
We use HTTPS/TLS, access controls, authentication, and security reviews. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Aripsy is not directed to children under 13. Users under 18 should use the service with parental consent or guidance. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 provided personal information.
Information may be processed in countries other than your own with appropriate safeguards where required. Cookies help keep you signed in, remember preferences, and improve the service. Subscription cancellation and refunds are handled through Paddle and applicable consumer law. We may update this policy and change the last updated date when we do.
